Attorneys on staff
We maintain attorneys on staff to assist you with legal matters. When a file needs probate documents, an entity resolution, a quiet title question or a creative fix to an old defect, that work happens in-house rather than being handed off.
The three-day rule
If your purchase involves a lender, federal rules require the Closing Disclosure to reach you at least three business days before you sign — see the CFPB's guide to the Closing Disclosure. We prepare the settlement statement alongside it.
See the whole process
Our contract-to-closing tracker walks through all eight stages of a Florida closing — what happens, roughly how long it takes, and what you need to do at each point.
Questions
Common questions
If yours isn't here, call the office nearest the property.
How much does title insurance cost in Florida?
Florida title insurance premiums are promulgated by the state — the premium is set by rate against the policy amount rather than by the individual agency. Your closer will give you an exact figure for your transaction before you commit to anything.
Can I close if I don't live in Florida?
Yes. We handle mail-away closings and provide mobile notaries, so buyers and sellers who can't attend in person still close on time.
Do you conduct closings in Spanish or Haitian Creole?
Yes. We provide services in English, Spanish and Creole, and multi-lingual closings are a standard part of what we do.
