How it works
Tell your closer early that you'll be closing remotely. We prepare the package, send it to you, and arrange a notary where you are. You execute the documents in front of the notary, return them, and we handle the disbursement and recording in Florida.
A word about wire fraud
Wire fraud targeting real estate closings is real and it is aggressive — the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center tracks real estate wire fraud as a persistent category of loss. Confirm wire instructions by calling a number you already have for us — not one supplied in an email, however convincing the email looks. We would always rather take an extra phone call than unwind a misdirected wire.

How much does title insurance cost in Florida?
Florida title insurance premiums are promulgated by the state — the premium is set by rate against the policy amount rather than by the individual agency. Your closer will give you an exact figure for your transaction before you commit to anything.
Can I close if I don't live in Florida?
Yes. We handle mail-away closings and provide mobile notaries, so buyers and sellers who can't attend in person still close on time.
